Always have parts that you need.
Called store, immediately put on hold, nbd, I understand you get busy. Sat on hold for six minutes and thirty seven seconds before hanging up. Either this store has horrible staffing or horrible phone management skills. Either way, will always be my last call moving forward.
If you are delivering here is some information. Truck divers, they start receiving at 7am and check in door is at the end by door M. Most of the time it’s FCFS, but they have appointments. Depending on how to shipment is loaded it will take between 1 hour to 2 hours. They use only one sock so if there are more trucks expect a little longer wait.
