I scheduled an appointment for my VW to have a new timing belt. 6 weeks (yes over 1 month) later I went into the building to find out what is happening with my car. I received no phone calls zero communication on pricing and a date they would finish. I was told my car needed a new motor mount and that the part would arrive Wednesday and they would fix that also. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Everytime I rent from them there is some issues. They are a fly by the seam of your pants kind of business. One time the bumper fell off the car, this time after the trip they charged my credit card with made up charges. They are a detail buisness with filthy vehicles, and horrible customer service. I have never been treated as bad as they treated me, a return customer. I recommend if your looking for a rental to look elsewhere. Enterprise with forever have my families buisness.
