I called 4 times, left messages and never got a call back:(
Providers are great but NOOO ONE answers the phone. Obviously there is a lot of reviewers with the same experience. What is being done?
I’m so disappointed. I was a patient of Dr penland for YEARS. He’s a great doctor. But I can’t see him anymore because the staff will NOT answer the phone. I went about 6 months without an appointment and then have been calling and leaving messages for the past year. Yes, a year. Not every day of course, but often. They finally called me back yesterday after I called 13 times in a row. Initially I called this office numerous times to schedule an appointment, and when no one ever returned my call I stopped in and was able to schedule an appointment in person --- that should have been my warning sign. During my meeting with Dr. Penland he seemed to be very knowledgeable, and thorough with his initial questions. He decided to prescribe me medication to help alleviate the symptoms I was showing.
