Excellent doctor!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE his ability to love and serve each patient individually with gentle care and respect. He explains everything down to a T and gives you the reasoning behind it. I've been with Dr Penland since he first came to Huntsville many years ago and will follow him wherever he goes the rest of my life. He's THAT good

Providers are great but NOOO ONE answers the phone. Obviously there is a lot of reviewers with the same experience. What is being done?
I’m so disappointed. I was a patient of Dr penland for YEARS. He’s a great doctor. But I can’t see him anymore because the staff will NOT answer the phone. I went about 6 months without an appointment and then have been calling and leaving messages for the past year. Yes, a year. Not every day of course, but often. They finally called me back yesterday after I called 13 times in a row.
