Nobody ever picks up the phone. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone at the office. I called and left a voicemail cancelling my appointment (due to conflict) 2 days in advance and got a call the day of saying I was considered a “no show” because I didn’t notify them. I wish they had better communication with patients because the staff is very nice when you are in person.
This is the most unprofessional office I've ever stepped foot into. In the 5 times I've called, no person has ever answered the phone. I've never had a call returned. The doctor tried to bro with me by swearing. I had to physically go to the office to schedule an appt because they wouldn't return my messages. It's poorly ran and the overall experience was just awful. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
