Waited over 40 minutes in the lobby without any acknowledgment or notification of what was taking so long. I know there is another 20-30 minutes of waiting in the actual room once you make it there….. all for an appointment that was scheduled a year in advance. I do not recommend this office.
The medical staff is excellent my problem is the communication between the office and us. We have received 3 separate letters that the office was unable to contact my husband about his recent biopsies. Why does this keep happening? We have a land line, 2 cell phones , an email address and they can’t get through to us. WHY?
Amazing doctors, amazing staff, the the facility is beautiful! Would highly recommend to anybody☺️☺️
Dr Simon administered Botox without any review of the plan. She administered double the amount I had ever previously received and caused a drooping of my eye. Charged 2x the amount I had paid at other places. Will never go back to her again. Would not recommend.
