Terrible as an on-call doctor. Rude. Said, “so why are you calling me?” Was a bully to a sick patient.
Professional; friendly; took time to answer any of my questions / concerns.
Dr. Mata is awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a very attentive listener, and extremely knowledgeable.
My fiancé and her family had been going here for about a year and had nothing but problems. Scheduling was a nightmare, staff was very rude, they rarely saw the same doctor more than once, and the doctors told them flat out that they did not have enough time to answer any of the questions they had about medications or other possible treatments. They stopped going there because of these problems but what makes me write this review is that a year later we are still dealing with billing issues.
Dr. Mata is great! She is helping this doctor-phobic person trust in allopathic doctors again. She actively listened and discussed my concerns and questions and had some good suggestions as well. I asked whether some specific tests could shed light on my situation. She worked with me. She is an intelligent, personable professional with good communication skills. I sensed a respect for her patients no matter their walk in life. So hard to find good doctors. Dr. Mata is a rare find!
I moved to Colorado and was in need of a family Doctor for my family. I did some research and decided to try Dr. Mata. That was one of my best decisions so far. I absolutely love her and her nurse Kim. They make me feel so comfortable like they are just a couple of friends whenever I go there. I have pretty high anxiety when meeting new people and she made me feel like I was a patient of hers for a long time. I would highly recommend Dr. Mata as a family physician!!
She's great. I am highly nervous/stand-offish when it comes to going to the doctor. She is very easy to work with and listens to my concerns. Non judgmental top notch medical professional.
