Dr. Hayashi and staff are extremely thorough, friendly, patient, and really listen to and address any questions or issues. They have state of the art equipment, and the office is conveniently located in Midtown. The process is smooth from start to finish. Will recommend without any hesitation!
This place is honestly great. All the tests were smooth and well organized, and the staff were quick, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Dr. Hayashi took real time to explain everything in plain language and answered every single question without rushing. I left feeling confident and taken care of and would go back in a blink of an eye.
Great service from start to finish! The staff was kind, professional, and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. My eyes are happy and well taken care of—highly recommend!
Both Dr and staff are incredibly thorough. They use high tech tests combined with detailed personal interaction so you really feel seen. They were able to give me a super accurate refraction (which I really needed and my local optometrists just couldn’t get right), and also explained and solved some other issues I was having. I left feeling grateful and in good hands.
