They refused to see my daughter with a 104.6 degree fever, even though she had an appointment. Appointment was set with a different provider than her PCP because her PCP did not have any same day openings. I was assured when scheduling that it was fine because both doctors were in the same office and both took her insurance. Went to check in and the gentleman at reception refused to check her in unless we changed her PCP first. She did a really great job of helping me. Ordered a full panel test to ensure my results were thorough. Additionally, I was able to receive lab work from the phlebotomist during my appointment, which made everything quicker and easier for me. She reviewed my charts to be aware of everything before she even walked in the room. Addressed not only my main concern, but also helped with something else I brought to her attention that a specialist did not help me treat when I saw okie recently. Would highly recommend her.
I had a great visit. Naomi was super personable. She made me feel super comfortable and not once did I feel rushed. If you’re looking for a PCP you should definitely consider Mrs. Clifton-Hernandez
