I scheduled a telehealth call. No one got on the video call and no one answered my four calls.
I have been seeing her for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. She’s very thorough and provides a variety of solutions for the issues. I would highly recommend her practice.
Had a scheduled appointment, I scheduled well in advance. I have valid insurance, they indicated that I do not. I said I don’t care whatever I’ll work it out and self-pay for now and they just told me no and cancelled my appointment. Very annoying. Have no info on the Dr. because I never actually got to see her but the staff is horrible and I will never attempt to schedule here again.
