Very very Bad experience
I have been going to Dr. Akita now for 7 years and she has switched offices about 3-4 times within that time. As a healthcare professional myself I would say her billing is OUTRAGEOUS. She orders unnecessary testing and misdiagnoses. I remember going to her in 2019 because I had a positive pregnancy test and then she did an ultrasound and told me I wasn’t pregnant imagine the emotional rollercoaster for me as a patient when indeed I was!! within that same week I did the hcg blood test and followed up with another OBGYN who c... read more
Very very bad service and billing is ridiculous. they always say the billing is not they issue and say i have very high deductible that i should ask the insurance to pay. however my insurance have paid them and Naomi's office is still saying they did not get paid and i should pay out of pocket again. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR SHE HAVE HORRIBLE BILLING TEAM. overcharge fees. they sell patients information to collection agency. I'm reporting this DR office to the state medical board.
