Naoko did.a fantastic job, sold my house in two days. She had buyers looking for a house in my neighborhood with 8000+ ft lot to buy, she mailed out post cards to these house owners. Naoko was very nice when my family met her but her practices are unethical. She and seller accepted my family’s offer for a condo after her request that I remove all contingencies, have emergency inspection and electrician come in, and had my parents take time off work to accommodate these inspections. She then asked if she could have a few days to prepare paperwork for our ACCEPTED offer, then accepted another offer after ours two days later and try to put us in a bidding war.
