Avoid!! I’m a former fan of this place but have been stung by their hidden-charges schemes, which I’d heard of but until now have disregarded. Sneaky billing resulted in a $100.00 charge for testing that should have been free. The bill for this charge came a full four months after the visit!! Also, I was charged $50 for a follow-up visit to receive my results. Avoid avoid avoid. You have plenty of options in the neighborhood—seek these out, please.
Quick and easy. I've been having insurance and scheduling issues with my doctors lately. Ran out an important med this morning, scheduled an appointment before 9 AM, had my scripts filled before 3.
This place is right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. I've been there several times and the staff has always been welcoming and friendly. I generally make an appointment online, and I have usually been seen on time or within a few minutes of my scheduled time. I've also been a walk-in, and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Great place to go when you don't need critical care.
It was quick and easy! Always have a great experience.
