I would like to warn people about Dr. Jain. She is very dangerous, unfortunately. Dr. Priti Jain is the mental "health" professional that owns Nao Medical as a practice. I saw her once at her Long Island City location. I attempted to tell her exactly how harmful she was during a virtual call today 11/20/2025 and she hung up on me. I had to wait 3 months for that appointment. Spravato meds are for people with severe medication resistant depression. I made an appointment a week in advance, and arrived there 30 min earlier. When I arrived at the front desk they said they never got the appointment for me and that I have to wait since there are many patients for the day. I said okay and proceeded to sit. After 1 hr and no update I asked them again the status of my turn to see the doctor. They said there are still lots of patients and they just received my paperwork. I would give 10 stars if I could ,professional and well mannered staff and the Dr Moise was very pleasant and helpful got to the root of my problem .I fully recommend.
Once I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism by Dr. Moise and the office mgr. Dr. Moise is very pleasant and provides detailed informations and instructions in treating her patients. In doing so, patients becomes comfortable and relaxed. I am happy to say that I was drawn by the neatness,cleanliness of the facilitity and the spacious rooms, mainly the exam rooms. I am sure that other patients feel the same as well. Very professional staff ,I felt very comfortable and what i came in for was taken care of promptly ...Doctor Moise knows what she doing and is a credit to the profession ,I highly recommend Big Apple urgent case.....100 stars if it were possible
It was quick and efficient.
The staff here is very welcoming. My child fell from her scooter and injured her arm. They were able to see us right away. Luckily it was nothing serious and we were out in no time.
The doctor was so cool and patient too nice staff im looking forward to go next time
