When i move here i thought i found the greatest place ever until the upstairs neighbor came alone it's at least 4 people staying in that apartment plus a 3 yr old child i have email Brooksie about this matter several times I have call the police 2 times I have went directly to the residence about this matter NOTHING email Brooksie just last week she has not responded I guess that's her way of saying deal with it. I moved to Shreveport for a work assignment (last June), and knew absolutely nothing about the area. I read many reviews for different apartment complexes, and decided to check this place out. Management doesn't listen. . They just dont listen as if your not competent enough. Oh and my car was broken into out if 10 other vehicles. They dont believe in installing security cameras or something in the realm of. I'll take a security patrolling through day/night. Money first, safety last along with the (Management's) best tucked in between their ass. My neighbors are like family and that's the best part of home here. I sure do hope the pool opens this year early and not in August this time.
