Moved in here last Friday . The washing machine does not work , my air barely works my toilet is leaking so badly . I went to talk to management this morning they didn’t do anything and said it will be taking care off . Emergency maintenance was supposed to come out he never did . I paid rent and a move in fee over 1100 and I wasn’t helped properly . I am upset
Nantucket harbor is like a hidden gem of Shreveport! Since I moved to Shreveport 8 months ago for school, I have grown to love my little apartment. 1. Rent is so affordable! I am a grad student and Nantucket harbor has been so affordable for my very limited budget! 2. The neighbors are so kind! Management boy dont yall have your work cut out for you. My car was broken into out of 10 other vehicles back in Nov.2024 and for fall break my car was stolen Oct. 2025. Management dont believe or have financial stresses that gets in the way of em installing security cameras or something in the realm of keeping us and our vehicles safe. Management however do continue to INCREASE rent. When i move here i thought i found the greatest place ever until the upstairs neighbor came alone it's at least 4 people staying in that apartment plus a 3 yr old child i have email Brooksie about this matter several times I have call the police 2 times I have went directly to the residence about this matter NOTHING email Brooksie just last week she has not responded I guess that's her way of saying deal with it. I moved to Shreveport for a work assignment (last June), and knew absolutely nothing about the area. I read many reviews for different apartment complexes, and decided to check this place out. Brooksie was warm and welcoming. I am here to add to the many good reviews that landed me here. I absolutely loved my apartment, the people, and the ducks!
