I used to love this place. After the poor service I received from Management last night it is time to find a new place to frequent. I spend too much money at this establishment to not receive what I want (it was not an impossible request) and to be given what the restaurant wants to give me! Unacceptable. First time experience was great, a very tasty fish sandwich made with attention to detail along with perfect onion rings. Our server was top notch.
Food was outstanding! I enjoyed the rib eye sandwich plate and the red velvet cake was to die for. The wait staff was very friendly and the restaurant decor was very inviting , warm and charming. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
I loved my Sea Scallop kabob but Paul's always asks for a rare steak and they sent it out almost well done and then the manager tried to explain why they had to cook it that way because Ribeye was so thick. They did my Paul another steak but it was MUCH persuasion. The chef really needs a crash course in how grill.steaks. Paul's second steak was cooked correctly and it was delicious.
My mother, my daughter, and myself ate here for the first time today. Lunch menu was varied, which was perfect for the 3 of us! After much decision making, all was settled. My mother and daughter ordered the fish sandwich, which is odd since they have completely different taste. Both LOVED it for different reasons. I ordered the chicken caesar wrap. Delicious!! Hi!!! I was visiting from Boston last week, and this place was recommended for their crab cakes. When I heard the name it struck a cord, when I saw that New England Clam Chowder and New England Crab Cakes (which I did not know that we were famous for) were on the menu I became more curious, and then when the waitress told us that the owners are from MA it all made PERFECT SENSE and I felt RIGHT AT HOME ...WOW!!! The Crab Cakes are the BEST!!! Do you have a restaurant on Nantucket Island, anywhere in MA, or just in NC???
The food was really good! Desserts were incredible!
