Do not believe the pitch for this company. If minimum is the maximum then that is getting more than they give. Maintenance of the apartments is a joke. Conduct of employees, even the corporate office are shady. They sign a lease but do NOT HOLD UP THEIR SIDE OF THE LEGAL AGREEMENT. There is no playground for the kids in the neighborhood as their website states. I applied for this place and got approved after going through the run around. Got here and the place was dirty. Toilets,flooring,etc. The windows had black mold in them. Me and my daughter are allergic to it. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly. It’s cooler outside than the inside. The property manager told me that I had to pay up to 3 months rent. How? Not a place to call home. The management turns their heads when it comes to complaints or tenants moving friends in. We have a neighbor that pounds on the walls like a little child, he pounds hard enough to knock things off the shelves on our wall. The police has been out and he gets tickets for disorderly conduct and still the management does nothing. today my girlfriend and went into the office to meet with the regional manager and site manager which was a joke. I been living out here for four months now and so far so good. It's a very peaceful neighborhood everyone stay to themselves. However it's hard to get in touch with the management staffs because no one is never in the office and to top it off some of these kids out here can be very annoying. Other then that nice place to live
