Awful, they’re open for 3 hours a day, they don’t pick up their phones or answer messages. I’ve been trying to get a prescription refilled for the past month and had no success. Even the pharmacy is somehow unable to get in contact with them. If you live on Nantucket you’d probably be better served doing tele-health off island or seeking an alternative practice.
