RecommendedThe new management company is very friendly and helpful.it’s a safe place to live and the maintenance Team is awesome and some may say it’s pricey but you have to pay a little more to live nice and feel safe I would recommend this to anyone I love it as well as my children .

Nantucket has been run to the ground, WAY overpriced for the quality of living. The workers don’t care at all about their tenants safety, laugh at you on the phone if you call the office with any concerns or complaints. Hold your mail and blame it on you. The ladies in the office just sit around eating food chit chatting NOT doing their job and not enforcing policies. I would think twice before trying to live here. ZERO STARS.
