Don't understand why they lost my application and office is not open during normal business hours
Great people that reside there. They're very warm and caring people. I have respect and loyalty to them all
My mother has lived at Nantucket for 18 years. It's a nice place to live if you just mind your own business and follow the rules there. I've never in my life heard of management just walking into your apartment without notifying you first. I just don't believe that. Also there are no assigned parking spaces. Everyone knows this. The apartments with the awnings may. Most people over there are nosy and tend to find anything and everything to complain about.
Parking is unreal. Anybody is allowed to park in front of your apartment, in your space, which causes tenants to be forced to park elsewhere. When carrying in groceries, in the rain, this is a big pain in the azz. In order to have a parking place in front of your apartment, a medical sign is needed. Otherwise, it's not guaranteed that you will have a spot. I have gone to Management about this problem.
