We are new to the area so I googled an urgent care facility for my 5 yr old. Google says it’s open at 7:30am we get there at 7:30am for them to tell us urgent care doesn’t open until 9am!!!! I was Livid so we left and we went somewhere else. PUT THE CORRECT TIMES ON WEBSITE AND GOOGLE!!!!
These people literally never pick up the damn phone
I've tried months ago to make an appointment. Made an appointment. Showed up to my appointment and they said "we cancelled it and called you." I never received a call. 🤷♀️ I tried to reschedule it and they turned me away saying "you need to go somewhere else." Update: The three ladies proceeded to talk about me in front of me during check in at the counter about how "late" I was... Online shows they open at 8am.... As a new patient, who clearly doesn't know when the place actually opens, wouldn't have known that they opene... read more
