Just a great place all around.
The place and the people are amazing. We worked with Jae to reserve our Kayak lessons. She’s flexible and shared so much about the surrounding area. Tara was our instructor and did a great job. We rented bikes through Nate, who set us up and made a great recommendation to stop at Finley Falls on the way out. And we enjoyed Bluegrass with Blue at the Wesser to round out the trip.
We still haven’t rafted there yet but love hanging out there as we pass through the area. Great vibe and love getting our feet wet.
Took my two kids , July 7th 2018. My daughters 14th Bday . Had a blast, did the mountain Zipline and Guided whitewater rafting tours. Just loved it. Easy, well organized, full day of fun . Huge shout out to Chewy and Brie they are pros and made my daughter’s birthday what it should be !! Awesome !! We River Kings just completed 154 miles of the French Broad river- while kayaking section 9, we joined up with your guide service- enjoyed talking with 2 Nathans and Chris, all safety boaters and photographers- great people and made your company look great- congrats to your organization and your employees who aren’t afraid to go above and beyond!! We got the all day adventure pass and It’s totally worth it. We made amazing memories and the staff is super helpful. We would love to go back again soon.
This place was great. There was a little of everything in the line of being adventurous. Classes were given on rafting and kayaking and plenty of space to just sit on the bank and watch. Nice large restaurant and snack area and even a rope climbing activity for the younger kids. Family geared and a definite all around fun place on the water. Variety of rapids so check your skill level before jumping in.
Awesome time and crew at this place. Top notch all the way around.
We had a lot of fun rafting the Nantahala River with the NOC. The guides were great.
