Our family of four went rafting for the first time ever today (16 & 12 yr old kids). KK was our guide and I cannot give her enough props. She was so kind and funny while calming my son and very sweet to this anxious mom!! I can’t thank her enough. She made the ride so memorable for us. It was well worth the trip from Florida and we hope to be back soon!
❤️d the white water rafting. We had a wonderful guide name Ethan who entertained us by spinning on rocks, threading the needle, telling jokes, and giving a tour regarding historical and botanical information of the Nantahala River. He was the best! Plenty to do —hiking, scenic train 🚂 ride, kayaking, souvenir shopping, and dining out—all in walking 🚶🏻♀️ distance. Beautiful vacation spot. Comfortable cabin accommodations!
