I’m leaving this review based on my mother’s direct experience. She came in needing a very simple service: removal of an old acrylic set and clear polish only. From the start, the owner showed hesitation and made her feel uncomfortable for not wanting additional services. Unprofessional and unacceptable conduct I came in for a simple service (polish removal and clear coat). The technician, Sonny, began my service even though he had an upcoming appointment; when that customer arrived, she stated she was not in a hurry and waited. After the service, I requested the clear polish that had already been discussed. While paying, my nails smudged slightly. To be honest Sonny can be a little frustrated bc he has to work with a lot of people and some of those people are rude so he may not pay attention to some minor details and plus for waxing, manicure, and pedicure all together, you get at least a total of 80 maybe less

I don’t usually write reviews, however, I went to get gel nail polish on my nails, the lady did a good job, however, at checkout the male whom I think was the manager or owner charged me a 25% fee on top of my nail color fee because I didn’t have cash to pay with, used a card. I can understand a small % for card fee but 25%, $20 for the color, $5, because I didn’t have cash (was his exact words)???? Shady!!!! Won’t go back again. There are other good places to go where they are honest and consistent with pricing.
