The Hygienist broke my filling with a medal hook she had no business poking into and all she said was oh well Dr. Ramsey will fix it but really there was no accountability or compassion. I actually care about quality of service which is why I take time off to check & care for my teeth but everytime the assistant just sits me in the furthest back room generally ignoring my concerns sending me home like nothing was wrong. The care I received prior was ok. For me the front desk was fine. Seemed well enough. Until the newer assistant gave it a go.The work done placing a temporary tooth was botched.It was loose and “tacked” onto other teeth it was a hot mess. I had to return and the next tech fixed it perfectly. I did not catch her name but she has very long dark hair. I have been a patient of Dr. Ramsey for about 14 yrs. I have very good teeth and go many yrs between fillings. I need to have my teeth cleaned 3 times. Year due to a challenged immune system. I just met the new hygienist about a month ago and she was excellent, very kind and professional. Her infection control practices are very rigorous which I greatly appreciate. I have been going to this dentist office for over 7 years and I’ve never had an issue until recently when I went for my cleaning and was told by the front desk that I had a balance of over $1,000. Never did I know this and I never received a statement and I asked for a breakdown of why all of a sudden I had a balance of $1,000 and was told my insurance did not pay for my daughter’s cleaning and a filling she had a few months prior and for a cleaning i had received back in April.
