Very rude staff, i was calling to register my child as a new patient and the representative at the front desk was very rude. She said they won't be taking any patients under 11 and was very sarcastic.
Dr Gupta will be losing a lot of patient know one wants to share there doctor office with another doctor like her old private office that was just with her the staff nasty at desk and unprofessional
I just had my daughter in 2021 and i have only been able to bring my daughter in twice. our first visit i explained to them that i have not received a birth certificate for my daughter so i was unable to add her to my insurance without it. They still allowed my daughter to see the doctor, first visit was fine then it was time for her 2 month check up and i still haven't received her birth certificate again they saw my daughter without her insurance in effect and provided her vaccinations.
