Customer service is horrible. They aren't diverse enough and treat people nasty. I just needed a signature and they made that extra complicated.

I was ten minutes late for my appointment and told that my daughter could not be seen that day at all. UNBELIEVABLE. Took a whole day off work. Like was our appointment only 10 minutes long? You can’t work someone in??? A+++ on customer service PSYCH 😒
