I was ten minutes late for my appointment and told that my daughter could not be seen that day at all. UNBELIEVABLE. Took a whole day off work. Like was our appointment only 10 minutes long? You can’t work someone in??? A+++ on customer service PSYCH 😒
Dr. Vergara was my pediatrician as a child and now she's my daughter's. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and knowledge pediatrician! Thank you Dr. Vergara
The only good thing about this place is Dr.Vergara. They are unprofessional, unorganized and fail to communicate with parents. My children will not be returning and I highly reccomend that others take their children elsewhere. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND!!
Rude front desk staff. Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another place to take your child.
my daughter's doctor is great, but please tell me why they have a sick and well side when we have to check in and out at the sick side . and was trying to call to tell them we were behind but they never answered
