I also have a phlebotomist certification but it's ridiculous that the phlebotomist here does blood-work without wearing gloves and touches the disinfected part with his finger to create contamination. I never ever seen like that any other hospital or clinic. She said she had a long experience and good blood collection skills, but she didn't even seem to have a basic concept of hygiene. I was extremely satisfied with the care we received. All the doctors, nurses, and staff were very kind and answered my questions with great sincerity. My wife also mentioned that the female doctor who treated her today was very kind and took excellent care of her.
