I had a great experience with NanoHealth Associates. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. They made everything easy to understand and were always available when I had questions. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a human touch. am incredibly frustrated by the total lack of respect for patients time at this clinic. I spent three hours in the waiting room followed by another hour in the exam room, which is completely unacceptable. It’s understandable for any business or clinic to run behind schedule but this is blasphemy. We had an appointment with the doctor and arrived on time, but we ended up waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes before we started asking about our turn. The receptionist then told us that we hadn’t filled out the required forms—even though we had already completed them. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she spoke to my wife and me as if it was completely normal to wait over an hour and as if it was our fault for being late, which was absolutely not the case. Terrible. Angie, the front desk associate, is the achilles heel of this practice. She should be fired and replaced. I am certain if she were no longer part of NanoHealth Associates, the practice would not simply thrive, it would soar.
