Horrible experience. One arrived physically broken. They responded quickly to acknowledge the problem but after 3 months of waiting for money I had to get my credit card company involved to get money back. And the sound quality was terrible.

Got my hearing aid and within an hour it fell apart as I was pulling it out of my ear. They said it was considered damaged on my part. I got no refund or replacement.
