Sat at bar and no one acknowledged us for several minutes. Then a guy came and laid down menus and we said we were here just for a drink. He took the menus and didn't ask what we wanted to drink. He fooled around doing other things while we were deciding if we should walk out. He finally came and asked us what we wanted to drink. That was VERY slow service for a Sunday afternoon! 15 barstools and only 6 people and us. Ridiculous!
Went to nano brew today, mid day for lunch. We figured we would venture out some place new. The kitchen was moving at a snails pace. It took almost thirty minutes for a simple side salad as an appetizer. It took probably over an hour or more for two burgers. There was no communication, like hey our kitchen was running behind. Worst experience at a bar in my entire life. First off, I approached the bar with my ID and credit card and made eye contact with the bartender. It was a very slow Sunday night so I figured service would have been friendly and prompt but it was neither. Aforementioned bartended proceeded to deliver menus to the table that my date was sitting at (i was still waiting at the bar) so I turned around and asked if we should just order drinks at the table or at the bar. The staff was very helpful and the beer selection was great
The service was extremely poor and the waitresses were not at all friendly not to mention the food was cold, and we were over charged. Will not visit again!
Love this place! Great food...great staff. Great view. HIGHLY recommended.
Should probably provide some customer service training for your employees.
When making a reservation, the staff at Nano Brew were very accommodating. There is a large beer selection and the burgers were fantastic! Great for a beer lovers visit from out of town! Highly recommended to anyone and everyone visiting the Cleveland area!
