Very unprofessional with no consideration of their patients. My daughter went to her for her first eye appt to receive glasses. She was due back within a month to check on her glasses. I was told insurance wasn’t taken. When I spoke with my insurance, they said it was covered. I called Nanny’s back 4 times to discuss the insurance issue and left a message each time. I didn’t receive any calls back. I left an email. I finally called again 2 months after her first appt because I wanted to get her scheduled for her next appt. ... read more
