The ladies I worked with at The Nanny Authority were amazing! I talked to multiple agencies and they were the only ones willing to work with my wants and needs to find the perfect family for me! I can't say enough about how amazing everyone at The Nanny Authority is. My experience working with Sophia has been great, she is so easy to talk and so helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she helped find the perfect fit for me. I was hesitant at first working with an agency but now that I have done so will definitely be going back to them if I am ever in need of a new job!

The agency only protect the families. They only care about making money. They dont''t like when the nannies decline a job, and they will cross you out of their active candidate list. They will send 4 to 5 nannies for the families to choose from for the same job, but then if the nanny gets a job description and doesn't agree with the pay, they will get UPSET.
