Unpleasant people to work with. I had cataract surgery and the first eye went fine. A few weeks later,I had the second I done. My appt was at 5pm which surprised me. Then I had to wait almost 3 hours to be operated on.While I was in recovery, a man came in with next mornings appt (7am!!!) I told him very nicely that there was no way I could be back at 7 am because I had to get a ride and I have a disabled son who I have to make arrangements with.He said he couldn't change it, as the office was closed. I have been a patient at Cascadia eye for more then 20 years. The staff are very kinda and caring and Dr's are thorough. I so appreciate that they take their time to know me and explain things in simple detail . Any time I have had a problem with my glasses the staff in the glasses center have happily helped to correct the problem. I do recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Terrible!! They messed up my prescription. When they gave me a set if contacts to try out they only had one in my prescription and another one that was a quarter percent stronger to TRY. They then preceded to change my prescription to make one eye worse than it is. I will be going out of my way to avoid this place.
