Not friendly at all Unfortunately I'll have to disagree that Nannell's is a family owned "friendly" florist. I've been using them for over 2 years for personal and company deliveries for my boss. Just recently when placing an order I was guaranteed that my delivery would be the last of the day (or at least after 5pm). A Thoughtful, Family Florist The employees & owner (Carrie) of Nannell's flower shop are some of the kindest & friendly people around. Whether purchasing for someone or receiving flowers, their service is top notch. There always seems to be a little extra personal touch in their arrangements. Not just production line bouquets. Even on short notice, they always come through. We are customers for life.
Rude Owner When I booked the appointment, Carrie was very friendly and seemed very nice. My fiance and I were coming in from out of town to meet with Carrie about our wedding. The appointment was for 11:00am and at 9:30am, I got a very rude and sarcastic call from Carrie asking why I was late for our appointment. (She had us down at 9:00 which was impossible since we were coming in from so far)She made it very clear that she was upset because she had come in early to meet with us and hung up on me. Great little shop The ladies here are wonderful, and extremely knowledgable. I went in asking for opinions for my wedding, and left with so much input! It was wonderful! And they have a beautiful selection to choose from! A + store!
pretty shop The people that work here are really nice and know a lot. They could answer a ton of the questions that i had about flowers. They have great prices and i would surely go back.
