Was charged dinner prices for our party of 7 even though our reservation was at 2. They said it's because they took our order after 2:30. We didnt know we were paying dinner prices until we got our bill. Over $200 for 3 people to eat "dinner" at 2pm. Very predatory.
The cooker seem to be in a hurry and was rushing our rice was a little hard still..
Other than the chefs the staff for the most part is terrible. There’s this one lady who runs the front and has tattoos I don’t know her name but her attitude is always bad and acts like she doesn’t want to be there, and takes her frustration out on the customers. Service staff is garbage. Customer service is no concern. They won't talk to you, certainly won't greet or smile. When asking questions about food items they don't give direct answer and really just try to avoid communication. Also very sloppy with time estimates.
