Awesome awesome night last night!! Chris the bartender was awesome and the food and service was on point!!! Would def recommend them! I know we were loud and there was a lot of us but they and the other patrons were so awesome!!!

I love the food there, our visit tonight was not so great for service but we eat there alot and it's the first time anything like that had happened, the food well makes up for it lol, best hot and sour soup in town

For over a decade now, I have been dining in/ordering delivery from Nanking, attended events catered by them, and have even had my own events (weddings, parties, etc) catered by them, and not once have I complained. Every meal and experience I’ve had with Nanking has been phenomenal, and definitely will not hurt your pockets. 0 stars but that isn’t an option. I’m from Boston but I expect respect anywhere I go and professionalism from any business owners as well. My first and last experience eating at this restaurant was ridiculous. Queenie (the owner, yeah I know crazy huh) was sooooooooooooooooooo unprofessional, I could not believe how she was responding to the situation me and my family were in with her. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The worse customer service and the owner Queenie is not professional at all with how she handles situations.
Great food with a family vibe!
I've been here a handful of times on my trips down to Richmond and each time has been amazing! The food is delicious and the staff has always been really friendly and you can tell they care about you as soon as you walk in.
