We got there are 5:00pm, we weren't seen for our drinks until 5:30. We ordered and food was not served until 6:30pm. I ordered the prime rib with sweet potato fries. We ordered the catfish, chopped steak, and cheese sticks. The only thing warm was the cheese sticks. The prime rib was mildly warm, the catfish was warm, the waitress came by once, the older gentleman came by and mom told him the food was cold. His response was he'd let them know. We ordered take out and upon arrival our food had not forgotten about. The manager made it right and had our food right out to us. It was a great experience.
I want to start off by saying that I have been coming Robert's since the 1980's. It has good memories for me, until this evening. I will not return. We went to celebrate my late father's birthday, with catfish he so loved in life. Kind of a tradition. Tonight, we were greeted by a nice young lady.
