Worst logistics company out there. They have had possession of my overnight FedEx package since December 24. I understand the holiday surge, but every other carrier hasn’t lost my packages in mailroom purgatory. It is now almost Jan 6th and they can’t even tell me where it is. FedEx should drop them as a trusted third party.
Unfortunately, can't give lower than a star. Live in a community where they have pallets of mail sitting here for weeks and not delivering any of our packages. ACE can't ship anymore pallets of mail from Anchorage to here to get delivered because of how many pallets of mail sitting in town not getting delivered.
