Nani Koolau is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartment manager will just bang on your door without even telling you who he is (I'd never met the guy before and was alone with just my daughter). I was not about to open the door without my husband being there, but the manager actually really freaked me out and had me scared for a few moments.
