I would give 0 stars but unfortunately Google does not allow a 0 star review. Do not rent from this real estate agency, I cannot stress that enough, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will try and tow your car at any chance they get, the general manager is extremely unprofessional, and obviously does not care about his tenants. This is the most unprofessional, uncaring real estate agency I have ever rented from and I have rented from a lot of different agencies. We rented a property from holiday real estate and it was not cleaned prior to our arrival, the unit had significant damage, including broken mirror, blinds, and screens. The smoke detectors were in the fridge when we arrived and when we took them out they immediately went off even though no one was cooking. There were stains all over the carpet and furniture, we had to put down blankets just to feel comfortable using it. There was a bed skirt in the shower. Dirty dishes and trash left behind.
