Nanette is truly an amazing realtor! We met her at an open house last year and are so thankful we did. Hiring Nanette Love to sell my home of 32 years was a game changer! She priced it strategically creating a bidding war with multiple offers. Her preparation list of what I needed to do in order to get my house on the market was spot on. She coached me on changing out some of the light fixtures to modernize my home.
