Great demeanor and spends time answering questions. Front desk is very helpful and great with my 3 yr old.
If I could give this doctor a negative review I would. AVOID DR SILVERBERG !! Absolutely terrible experience and doctor. Zero knowledge or care for her patients. Besides the dirty filthy terrible Office she works out of. Her attitude and medical knowledge is just as bad.
She is clearly BRILLIANT. I therefore trust her with my children's health.
I too encountered a poor experience at this office. I called to follow up on something and it was very unprofessional and chaotic. Finally, one person after several attempts was helpful. The Dr named above stood away from me and barely looked at my spot of concern. I was prescribed an ointment that is not working and there has been no follow up. I have to find another doctor and start over.
Extremely unattentive and not thorough. Just gave a nonchalant diagnosis, prescribed medication and gave zero information on how to care for my ailment. I got more information from Google. I'm making an appointment with another dermatologist now.
