Great staff. Great food. Very clean bathroom !!
The restaurant was packed with a lot of people. However, we were surprised to be approached by the manager, apologizing for the delay in serving our food. He was gracious, alert, and attentive. He offered to give us free appetizer while waiting - a plate of chicken wings and fries. That was a very nice gesture on the manager's part.
Beyond slow in preparing an order... Update: still can't prepare a 3rd party order with any sort of speed
The food is delicious but it's very little compared to its price i got 6 wings that can be quail wings for how tiny they are and my wife got a rainbow ckn breast the tiniest breast I've ever seen! They have a weird way in making an order it takes time "your time" instead of someone coming and taking your order you have to do everything and there is a very useless step they want you to do which is making an order on your phone then go to the cashier and tell them again what you want they also make you pay and tip before you e... read more
I have never seen wings so small in my life, and soooo expensive! Tried Nando's for the first time... never again!
