The Best Salad I Have Ever Eaten I heard of the restaurant from a friend and we decided to try it. I was amazed by the quality and the service. We arrived at 8:00 PM on a Saturday . They were busy but not crowded yet. I think, during season you must make a reservation. We sat down to wonderful white tablecloth table that was set perfectly. I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Nando on a Sunday night while I was visiting my grandmother in Florida. Although my grandmother is a snowbird, in the past, she has frequented this place on a fairly regular basis. The evening started off well enough, but was then interrupted by a tone-deaf Florida local who decided that he would serenade the place, which was comprised of at least 5-6 tables of seated customers. meh. – pros: -so/so food -live music -traditional/old school food service philosophies cons: -black spewing particles coming out of the vents all over the table -LOADS of garlic in everything -lackluster food presentation, kind of cafeteria-ish feeling (very old-world) -kiss ass-y service -servers talk audibly about other tables on the floor -very bright -green laser disco lights on the ceiling wont be going back until the a/c vents get cleaned out. disgusting.
Excellent Food & Service! – I absolutely love Nando's Restaurant! I must eat there at least 3 times a week and I am losing weight!!! I just tell the owner that I want low-fat food and she brings me the most delicious food that I would never order on my own!! It is amazing and the owners are lovely! A must go see when visiting the Miami Beach or Lauderdale area!
Company Meeting – I had to schedule a dinner with a client for my boss. He absolutely loved it! He said the atmosphere was perfect and the food was delicious. I will definately keep this place in mind for future meeting plans.
THE BEST! – Nando Trattoria has fine italian cuisine, where you can find live music every night, and great service, the cheerful italian music makes a family dinner worth every penny that you pay all though the prices are reasonable for the excellent food they serve.
