I came here for a simple gelx removal and a gel pedicure. If the pedicure wasn't so thorough, I would give this place 0 stars. The tech in charge of my removal absolutely mutilated my nails and chalked it up to "gelx being too damaging." Never have I had an experience where my nail has been mutilated from removing gelx. I should have known she didn't know what she was doing when she attempted to pop my nails off instead of soaking them off. I would not recommend coming to this salon. Their payment machine is outdated so I was double charged for my eyebrows. When I called them the next day, the lady on the phone pretended not to understand english and told me to come into the salon the next day. I came in the next day with my screenshot from my bank and they again pretended not to understand english. I visited Nancy’s Nails last week for a manicure and pedicure. This has been my go-to nail salon for the past few years, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. I recently noticed that one of my toenails is discolored, lifting, and possibly infected. I believe this is due to unsanitary practices at the salon. During my visit, I saw my nail technician use the same clippers and other tools on multiple clients’ feet without cleaning or sanitizing them in between. got these done the week of Valentines day and they are SO cute!! I’m obsessed. They are always so sweet when I visit. The only con was my nail tech accidentally cut the skin near my nails while drilling and i had to bring it up a few times for her to realize like oh I should put ointment on it.
Please be more accurate when quoting the wait time. People don’t have all day to be awaiting.
