This is not considered a repair. I pinched the end pieces so I could still use the necklace until I got it repaired and instead of fixing it they just welded over it. As you can tell it still looks like it will snap any second. This also took over a week to pick up. Unfortunately I wasn’t the one to pick it up so I couldn’t check their work but regardless this should not be happening. Upon reading other reviews seems like they’re not fit for repairs.
I found Nancy’s Jewelry on Instagram and decided to check out their website. I hadn’t heard of them before but their pieces looked really pretty. I liked that they use 14k solid gold and real natural diamonds. I ended up ordering a piece and I’m so glad I did. The jewelry is beautiful and the gold feels nice and sturdy. I’ve been wearing it every day with no issues. Shipping was fast and free, and it came in a super cute, luxe box. Definitely a new favorite and can’t wait to order again!
