I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. I initially purchased a cross, and while I was there, I inquired about the price of a bracelet. I was told it was $6,000 — definitely pricey, and I didn’t have that much cash on me at the time. When I returned just two days later, the owner suddenly quoted me $8,000 for the same bracelet. I don’t usually write reviews, but Nancy’s Jewelry really impressed me. I came in looking for something special for my sister and had no idea where to start. Nancy and her staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship feels timeless. When I gave it to her, she was blown away. As a guy who doesn’t shop for jewelry often, I really appreciated how comfortable and straightforward they made the process. I’ll definitely be back.
