Very nice
If I could pick only one restaurant to return to on a trip to Houston, it would be Nancy's Hustle. High quality and delicious food, excellent and attentive service, and the ambiance was stellar. Oh, and great cocktails. It was very busy, so we did have to wait a bit for our food to come after ordering, but if you aren't in a rush, this isn’t a problem. The food came out hot and was worth the wait. Highly recommend the griddle cakes. I would go back for that dish alone.
Alright let's start off by saying the atmosphere was great. Dim lighting , good music, you can also see the kitchen from where you're seated. Getting into the appetizers me and my partner ordered dumplings and oysters. How do you mess up oysters? And the dumplings were mid also lacking flavor. Already i was disappointed. The cocktails were worth the stay and i honestly had some hope after that but again I was failed by my entre. Nancy's Hustle is a gem! Food was fresh, flavors were spot on, and service was super friendly. Loved the ambience - cozy but still feels lively. The portions are generous for the price too. Definitely coming back with friends. Highly recommend!
