I recently got back back into cake decorating, because I took a class at Nancy's. It reminded me how much fun I have baking, and decorating, making cakes, cupcakes, and candies. Jodi, the new owner, has such a great setup, with comfortable seating, that's great for hands on classes, and a large overhead mirror that makes it easy to see the teacher as she demonstrates new techniques. We also got a discount on purchases, which was great. I loved the fondant class, and look forward to the cookie decorating class.
It's so fun to scan the aisles here. Just when you think you'd never be able to do something, you find out just how easy it really is. Everyone is knowledgable, and welcoming. If you don't know how, you can learn. If you already know how, you will find items to make it even easier and faster! So fun!

Love showing up 5 minutes before "closing" to find your staff lazily closed early! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not coming back!
My husband went to a chocolate class last night and loved it.He said it is so much fun and easy that anyone can do it. I took the class in October it was a lot of fun, the instructor is the best
