This place USED to be great. However, now most of the booths are overflowing with crap, just junk. Crap strewn on the floor, over half of the booths seemed to be roped off, some not even accessible. This place is a joke. Definitely not wheelchair Or disabled friendly. Junky with very few antiques anymore. Mostly used hobby lobby made in China plastic stuff and cruddy glassware, also strewn all about the floor. Also, ONE RESTROOM??? REALLY????? I still love Nancy's Downtown Mall. This is an old-fashioned Denby plate that I bought approximately 30 years ago here at Nancy's Downtown Mall. I bought two of this, and I still have those two. I was in my mid 20's from Japan, and now I'm an old guy. This plate has been with me and all the events happened to me ever since. I have inexpressible sentiments to this plate. Poor customer service. See my Yelp review. Your Vendor/staff were just awful and rude. What happened to taking time to listen and understand the customer needs? You have a mess at check out.... 4x I had to explain that the pile on the counter wasn't mine. Different people all doing different task....and then being rude to me...REALLY!!!??. Take some lessons from some GREAT antique stores like Exit 76, Southport Mall, etc...I could go on all day.
