We were lucky enough to find Nancy about 9 years ago after going through a number of cleaning services. She takes care of both our vacation rental property and our personal residence an now I get to add that she has done clean out service for us as well. Our house had to be readied for sale on short notice and she made it sparkle. Her attention to detail far surpasses the other companies out there. I've had Nancy's Cleaning Service for a few years. Nancy does a wonderful job! She is friendly, efficient and trustworthy.The products she uses are eco friendly, and leaves my home sparkling. I highly recommend her. Nancy has helped more than i can say...she's cleaned the deck around my pool,patio furniture and cleaned out interior closets. Wonderful service. To that landlord, he obviously has poor communication skills. I don't believe Nancy used foul language. She has been professional with me

I have to edit my comment to say that I saw a bad review below where the client was initially happy and then unhappy because his landlord didn't like it. Maybe the landlord should have been there for the quote. Nancys quotes have always been very specific regarding what is included in the price. As an example, I do not have my refrigerator emptied and cleaned, or my oven cleaned every time. If I ask her to do something extra, she tells me what the additional work will cost.
