My mom had a visit yesterday with Dr Wu. Her caring ways it what makes her special and I would not trade her for anything for my moms care. She is meticulous, conscious of the needs of my mom. Put her ease and she is not a robot. I hope this health system values having her as part of their system. We love her.
I was in need of a PCP. Because my PCP retired. I scheduled a comprehensive first time appointment with Dr. Wu over 2 months ago. They told me to arrive 15 mins before my appointment, I did that the assistant whom by the way was very professional took me in a room took my vitals and told me Dr. Wu would be with me shortly. Dr. Wu has been my primary care doctor for the past 20 years. I've seen numerous doctors and specialist for different issues and no one comes close to her. She's smart, patient, kind, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. I never feel rushed through an appointment and I always feel heard by her. Most doctors talk at you and tell you what they think is best for you. With Dr. Wu, you get a collaborative experience every time. Do not go to nancy wu. She is being investigated by the state board for malpractice. Nat'l experts found her care of horribly substandard, resulting in 2 preventable deaths! Please do not let your loved ones near this woman.
She's my primary physician and both my husband and I think she's great. Very kind, thoughtful and professional. We highly recommend her!
