这是一家黑店，专门欺骗华人连小孩子都不放过，交钱的时候态度很友好，要服务的时候就变脸，什么都是口头叙述，实质性质的根本没有，就连最基本的医生处方都没有，出事了就晾你在等待区一直三四个小时等待，直到把孩子饿哭了都黑着脸不理你。营业执照和医生执照也不敢出示，有争议就拿对她们自己有利的合同说事，根本不关心病人，一点医德职业道德都没有。这种店在美国竟然能存在，华人们还是多多注意别被骗吧
Nancy Wang is the BEST optometrist I have ever seen. She is thorough, caring and concerned. Ive NEVER been to see her where I've left feeling uncredited for. I recently moved to Iowa and cannot find anyone with her compassion and caring. I will truly miss her from the bottom of my heart.
I have two glasses that broke (second pair after only two times using), also because of health issues I had to deal with I did not get back to doctor to finalize my contact prescription, didn't know that I had only TWO weeks to return..... wasn't told nor given any written notice or phone call (so 5 months passed) and I went back yesterday to get a copy of my prescription for the contacts and they refused to give it to me and said I'd have to pay for another exam if I want my prescription if my insurance wouldn't pay!!
